By accessing toralith.live (“Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

TORALITH reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

TORALITH provides digital business services including consulting, digital infrastructure solutions, strategic advisory, and subscription-based access to proprietary tools and resources.

Service availability, features, and specifications may change at TORALITH’s discretion without prior notice to ensure continuous improvement and operational integrity.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You will not misuse the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise system security.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

All pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

TORALITH reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use following a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, TORALITH may grant refunds at its sole discretion in cases of billing errors or verified service disruption.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the applicable charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TORALITH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TORALITH in the preceding twelve (12) months.

TORALITH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion for violation of these Terms.

Users may terminate their subscription at any time. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by TORALITH’s principal place of business.
